We have purchased 3 cars from Priority. Every time we felt as though we were their " priority" and not just a sale. Especially this last time where they worked hard to get us out of a negative equity situation. Keith and Shawn were fabulous. Very laid back atmosphere, but thats what I love about the place! 5 Stars!
Priority Jeep in Salisbury was the only Jeep dealership I visited that the salespeople were friendly and easy to deal with and their online prices beat other dealers by thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Colin Quinlan the salesman for reviewing all the UConnect features on my 2017 Grand Jeep Cherokee. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Everyone thanked me for my purchase and one of managers/dealer owners came out to personally thank me which was a nice touch.
I went in yesterday for a service appointment on a Jeep that I purchased elsewhere about 2 months ago. The check engine light was on and I was prepared to spend a fortune. So, needless to say, I was a customer service nightmare. I feel compelled to write this review because Mark, in the service department, was polite, patient and extremely helpful. The epitome of great customer service. I will definitely return to this location from now on, with a much better attitude. :)
Best buying experience ever! These guys are amazing. They put together an incredible deal on my 2017 Wrangler within a half hour and I never felt pressured or like I was being "sold." They partnered with me throughout the entire process, explained every detail with transparency and precision, and it was clear all of them were on my team. My insurance company proved to be challenging and painfully slow in returning paperwork, so they took over and got on the phone to handle it directly. I had to clear my trade-in of personal belongings relatively quickly, and three people, including the owner, were standing by asking to help if I needed it. Just, wow! Go see Keith! He and the entire staff will take great care of you!!
This was overall the best car buying experience I've had to date..and I typically trade in every 3 years or so. They had such a great inventory that I was basically able to select a Wrangler in the color I wanted AND with the options I wanted (I'm super picky) without having to pay for the options I didn't want. The sales staff were phenomenal with answering all 750 questions without even an ounce of pressure. Highly recommend this dealership.
