I told her that I wanted to speak with the owner. She told me he wasn't available but she would have him contact me the next day. That didn't happen. I called again, the following day, requesting to speak with the owner. She now tells me that he won't be around until 3 to 4 more days.
The blanket has cigarette burn holes even though there is a no smoking sign on the room door.
Came to the beachway on a pinch. Rented 2 rooms for a week. One had one bed the other had two beds. The room with two beds were for my 2 daughters. After paying for both rooms the desk girl told me that it would be an additional $100 a day for my 2nd daughter. I told her if that was the case then I wanted a refund and told her I'd take my business elsewhere. She told me that a refund was not going to happen.
The so called owner finally called me after I notified the secretary that I called town hall to acquire the owners information. He made justifications for everything. I asked him if he's ever come on here to read the reviews. He said people just write bad reviews because they want a refund after spending the night.
I had a terrible experience here. There were ciggarette burns in the sheets. The bathrooms are dirty and they don't serve breakfast - not even coffee. It cost me $200 a night. DO NOT STAY HERE. SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR WOULD BE MORE ENJOYABLE.
This is the most disgusting place drug baggys in my room a broken toilet Very rude front desk manager she should not be working there at all she is going to ruin that business just don't stay there I would rather stay on a park bench
The bathroom is small. The whole place could use updating.
Great service. Nice clean pool. The rooms, specifically the bathrooms weren't in great shape little dirty and in need of remodeling

I asked for a refund within 2 hours of paying and was denied so you end up being forced to stay.
The toilet seat has no back.
We had put a do not disturb note on our door as they do not have door knob ones. The same girl approached my boyfriend and told him that we cannot have such notes placed on our door. When I asked her why not she told me it's against their policy. Since when did a do not disturb note become part of policy?
The carpet needs a good cleaning.
Speaking of policy they give you nothing for paperwork other then the receipt.
